  I took my senior dog here for the first time ever and I loved it! I was nervous taking him here because he gets very anxious and snappy when someone cuts near his face, but Maddy did a wonderful job taking care of him. He looked so adorable when I picked him up. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer!

  The person who helped me make an appointment over the phone was kind of rude, not horribly but it made me nervous to bring my dog in for the haircut so I cancelled just in case. Nothing against the person, maybe she was having a rough day! But staying in a positive attitude can really help a customer!

  Either this facility is the petty or uneducated. Both is disheartening. I called this morning for advice on what they could recommend I wash a dog with OTC that would be best to clean and eliminate residue and smell. They said they didn’t know. I explained to them I was in a weird situation where I’d just rescued a dog from neglect abuse and abandonment. He is scheduled for vaccines next week and can’t be professionally groomed without a rabies so I have to wash him myself. I’ve bathed him 5 times and couldn’t help the pup eliminate the fecal and urine remnants and this place basically told me they are either too petty or too uneducated at grooming to help advise on what shampoo may be purchased to best help clean an animal. I’ll call Petco, and for my other 3 animals that usually come here for grooming will no longer be coming here. In response to the “owners” poor attempt to assume accountability, the call was recorded. The female said her groomers told her they were unsure and didn’t know. I then called petco, and got several recommendations and a heart felt acknowledgment towards the abandoned neglected dog as it seems they actually cared about the dogs situation and not the money they were losing by me not purchasing something from them as they recommended me a product they don’t carry that I was able to get online. With all due respect, your professional character and attitude and that of those you employ speaks values about the poor ethic here.

  My 3 cats (2 longhair + 1 shorthair) have been seeing Sheena for nearly 2 years after relocating to the area, and I could not be more pleased with her level of service and expertise. She is one of the most patient and talented groomers I’ve ever met, and treats your pets like family! After ever visit she shares delightful feedback of the kitties and it’s unspeakably special to see how passionate Sheena is about her grooming art. Thank you so much Furrever Friends!

  Just moved up from Miami and this place was recommended to us by an employee at Wegmans that we met randomly a few months ago. They did a lovely job! Will definitely go back. Thank you Maryellen and Sheena!!!
