Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to find pet care on Mobile Pet Hub, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Effective

Our goal

We aim for Mobile Pet Hub to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We review new pages against these guidelines as we build them.

What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines.
  • Text and controls designed for sufficient color contrast, and layouts that work when zoomed to 200%.
  • Descriptive labels on icons, buttons and form fields, and text alternatives for images.
  • Every listing’s address, phone and hours are shown as text, so the map is never the only way to get them.

Known limitations

The interactive Google map is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible with every screen reader. The same information is always available in the list next to it. Reviews are third-party text and may contain abbreviations or emoji.

Report a barrier

If something on the site is hard to use, tell us through our contact form with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and can provide information in another format.
