How We List and Rank Providers
Our listing and editorial policy: where the information on Mobile Pet Hub comes from, how we order it, and how businesses and reviewers can get it changed.

Where listings come from
We start from public Google Maps data for groomers, veterinarians and trainers in each US city, then read each provider’s own website to confirm what they offer. When a website says the business comes to the customer, the listing gets a Mobile tag. Storefront salons and clinics stay listed so you can compare everyone nearby.
We remove a listing when it is permanently closed or clearly is not a pet groomer, vet or trainer. A missing or broken website alone is not a reason to remove a business; we hide the dead link instead.
How we rank
Providers are ordered by their Google rating weighted by how many reviews they have, so a 4.9 from 300 reviews ranks above a 5.0 from 2. Nothing else affects the order. Businesses cannot pay to be listed or to rank higher, and advertising never changes the ranking. See our advertising disclosure.
Reviews
Ratings, review counts and review text come from Google and are shown as their authors wrote them, attributed to Google. We do not write, edit, filter or pay for reviews, and we do not let businesses choose which reviews appear. We show a recent sample, not every review.
Guides
Our pet care guides are written for general information. They are not veterinary advice, and they are not sponsored. We update guides when facts or prices change and show the last updated date on each one.
Corrections and removals
- Business owners can add, update or remove a listing through our contact form, ideally from an email address that shows they represent the business. We usually act within a few business days.
- Anyone can report a closed business or wrong details through the contact form.
- Reviewers who want a review removed from this site can ask through the contact form. Removing or editing it on Google also removes or updates it here at our next refresh.
