I can’t say anything bad about their techniques in grooming, but it’s almost impossible to get them on the phone and I’m not sure why it takes so long to groom our dog. On average it takes them 4-5.5hrs to call me and tell me my dog is ready even when it’s a scheduled appointment. I made sure this time I did the first appointment of the day at 0900 to ensure my dog would not take 4 hrs to groom … I’ve been calling for 50 minutes. I have 7 out going calls to them and they finally just answered to tell me my dog has been done and that they called me at 11:20 and left a voicemail. I never received a call or a voicemail (will attach pictures of my call history to prove it if needed). there’s absolutely nothing in my call history from them except the call attempts I’ve made to get them on the phone. I was told sorry our secretary went home for the day and we assume she calls the owners when we tell her too and gets the calls done. Everyone is very nice I have no complaints there. Our dog looks great after, but i can’t do the poor communication or excessive time needed to groom my dog anymore, who is a short haired dog only needing a wash dry and nails trimmed. We will be switching to a different groomer which is a shame because they do good work.

The ONLY place I trust to take care of my girls. My St. Bernard/Poodle has thick curls and is a very nervous baby, but Nin is so sweet and gentle with her. I can’t recommend them enough.

I took my puppy, Brooks, for his first grooming and they did amazing. He smells wonderful, he’s so soft and he seems to love it there! My pup was very very fluffy as he’s a mini goldendoodle but because the weather has been so warm I wanted him cut pretty short. When I saw him I couldn’t help but laugh but I Hope Amanda (the wonderful groomer) knows I wasn’t laughing at the cut, he just looked so silly from going from tons of fur to very little! But it has grown on me and I love it!! Scheduling was very easy, they were responsive and very professional.

I like them. They always do a great job on my Golden. We live on the lake, and she swims a ton. They keep her ears clean. And She always knows She looks extra pretty when she gets home & shows of the bandana around her neck. Which she then chews up. And when we take it off her, she carries it around for a few days. Honestly, I spend more on my Golden’s hair care than my own.
