Manlius Groomery

I’m a first time dog owner so my default was to get my dog groomed at PetSmart. I’m so glad to have found this spot instead. Holly took great care of our dog and cut her exactly the way I had hoped for! I will be back!

I am so pleased with Manlius Groomery. Dawn is so caring and does a beautiful job grooming my 8 month old Cavalier. Never having had a long haired dog before, I have many questions and she answers them so well. My little guy is so handsome when she is done and does not have to wait long for me to pick him up. I highly recommend them.

Perhaps the difference is they actually care about the dogs. It's not just another one that needs grooming. it's their friend. One of the girls has actually found lumps on a couple dogs and that enabled the owners to get them to the vet and get their proper treatment thus saving their lives by finding something quick. That is the caring person.All of the staff care about the animals and the families. You shouldn't really come on about the business going on inside if your incident was outside the place. You don't know what a bunch of caring people they are. Try it you'll like it and so will your dog.

We LOVE Dawn at Manlius Groomery! Our shih tzu, Barkley, runs to the car when I say ‘Let’s go see Dawn!’ When we get there, he runs in to see her. He always comes out looking adorable like a stuffed animal.

I have tried all of the groomers here and they are all fantastic! They are so good with my shy, nervous little rescue - so patient and really put her at ease. She actually wags her tail and happily greets the groomers when we go! She always looks great when done and they are fast and don't leave her sitting around while they do other dogs. Prices are reasonable too! Love them!
