    Forgot to write a review when it happened, but we had a cat go in for emergency surgery a few years back here and Dr MacGregor was a complete straight shooter about the entire process to a T. Completely put us at ease from start to finish, billing was transparent and reasonable, and during COVID was very safe and professional. Every single interaction I've had with this facility since has been the gold standard to the point where I'd hesitate going to a different vet since I'm not sure they'd treat us as well anywhere else as they do here! Even to this day needing to schedule a new appointment for a new cat, I have MANY closer vets and would still prefer to travel further to this one. Shame I can't add another star.

    We switched to Pilchuck Animal Hospital in 2023 because of an acute issue with one of our cats. Both cats have now been there and they have received excellent care and attention. It's worth the drive from Everett.

    Took my dog when no one else would. Calm polite people at the desk. I was warned there would be a wait, but there is a large waiting area and tea. Dr. Cameron was very thorough and helped me and my pet as quickly as she could but didn't rush us through. She explained what happened and kept us long enough to observe the outcome. I saw a lot of people while waiting and everyone seemed happy with the care they were getting. Would definitely recommend although they are the only pet hospital in the area.

    Dr. John is the best veterinarian we have ever had. He truly cares about our pets and our family. We are so thankful to have found him. He takes time to listen and even calls us personally. His team is also attentive and gentle. We are grateful for the whole team at Pilchuck!

    Pilchuck animal Hospital is a wonderful place. They care very much for my dogs when I bring them in and they are always very friendly. I used to go to another veterinary center, but after going there for a very serious condition, I decided to switch to them because they were so dedicated and caring. The veterinarians collaborate with each other if needed, and I really like that.
