Great company. Show up early if you want to be seen. Wow! What a concept. I guess the other reviewers think they are special. Haha

EDIT: I was avoiding updating review as I had brought my pets here for years but after Covid this service has really gone down hill. Don’t say you’re clinic is an 1 1/2- 2 hour long for other customers and I to arrive 20-30 minutes before allotted time slot and to be told that the clinic is already full. Their prices have also gone up substantially and are about the same as visiting a physical vet clinic that will respect their schedule. With that being said it’s not worth the effort or rude treatment. I had walked over to the clinic as my dog hates car rides and always vomits. I also don’t drive, it seemed silly to bother a family member or friend to take us when it was a 10min walk away from my house. I was almost refused service for not having a car to put him in, considering I was the first in line, seemed like an overreaction when he was quietly sitting and ignoring the other dogs If for whatever reason you still want to give this place a shot I’d recommend showing up ATLEAST 40 min before scheduled time. I really wish they’d do some sort of book ahead service online with deposit. It’s unfair to be wasting owners time and giving unnecessary stress to dogs and cats just for them not to be serviced.

I am looking at the Good Neighbor Vet service. Most of the reviews talk about dogs and arriving early, but one of them mentions what great food they have how the manger went back and made a special order of biscuits and gravy for them. I must admit I am intrigued. I was looking for dog vaccinations, but biscuits and gravy sounds great as well. Will definitely have to check this place out!

Are you serious?! A mobile vet clinic?! Yall are open on the weekends but have no one taking calls?! GPS brings us to Higgins and there's NO VET CLINIC ANYWHERE!!! People need pet care on the weekends too, and YOU'RE NOT AVAILABLE!!!!! I discourage everyone from contacting these people because they clearly don't know what they're doing. Absolutely shameful...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called ahead for 7 puppies was told to be there at 3:30. We got there 3:15 was told they couldn't see us because they where already full. But to wait and see if they could get us in. we waited tell 5 and was told they couldn't see us. There Manger ashlee was no help either told us that making an appointment doesn't meant they well hold a spot. She was very rude and short said it wasn't her problem and said we should have been there earlier then.
