PetVet365 was a big help today as usual. First time seeing Dr Keller and she was great! She and staff were Informative, caring and good listeners. Tech gave quick breakdown for cost of services and we were in/out with meds, food and Feliway in one visit.

We had a great first experience with Petvet365 in JTown. Very caring and compassionate people and adorable rooms for our kitty. We appreciate the kindness shown to our senior boy!

I have taken my dog and sick cat here already in the past few weeks and I am so impressed with this office! The front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves! They actually listen and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I was so concerned and stressed about my cat and the vet talked me through all of my concerns. My dog will have surgery here in the coming weeks and I feel completely confident that he will be in great hands.

So far so good! Lexie answered the phone with a super positive attitude and a compassionate and caring approach. We got a same day appointment even as a new client. They are fear free certified and have waiting rooms specific to each animal. It's love at first visit 🤩🥰🙏🏻

Took our cat Beans to the vet for the first time after having some issues eating and throwing up. We were so concerned it was something more serious, but Dr. Jewell and her team took such good care of him and reassured us that he was okay. The waiting area was adorable and so cat friendly. Will definitely be coming back for his regular check ups. Great people, great experience, and great costs.
