I can't emphasize enough how wonderful Dr. Bennett and Cori were throughout the entire process of helping our elderly cat, Luke, pass. It was such a difficult decision that took many conversations with family and friends to ultimately come to. The overwhelming amount of recommendations Hearts Ease had from everyone I spoke to made me immediately decide to go with them. We are truly so lucky to have people like this who can help others during such painful events. I am so thankful that she helped our Luke pass. From start to finish, Dr. Bennett guided us through the process with the professionalism and empathy, as if he had known Luke his whole life. Thank you both for the compassion and care you gave us and our sweet boy.

Sad event but ultimately one of the best services I’ve ever paid for. The receptionist (Cori) was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the whole process. She was so comforting and so great. Courtney (vet) was so thoughtful and empathetic. It was actually $100 cheaper than the local vets. Courtney will come to your house and get to know you and your animal. This isn’t an in and out. She will take her time with you and your loved one. While one of the saddest events of my life, I can’t say how amazing this process was. Cori will stay in touch with you and make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you so much Cori and Courtney. I scheduled last minute and I paid right at $488.00. All the local vets wanted closer to $600.00 for last minute. Please use who you’re comfortable with but I am so blessed to have met these great people.

Dr Bennett helped our sweet dog pass peacefully at home. I have only had animals put to sleep in a vet office prior to this, and I cannot say emphatically enough how different this experience was for the better. Holly Berry was home, comfortable, and around all of the people and toys she loved. I like to imagine she had no fear and I know that wasn’t true for my other beloved pets at the vet office unfortunately. Cori and Dr Bennett were exceptionally kind and patient in this process.. I am simply confirming all of the other reviews. Thank you for helping my family with this very difficult decision and day.

Losing our 17-year-old cat, Zaxby, was one of the saddest moments in our lives. We are so grateful that we chose Dr. Bennett to assist with his end-of-life care. Zaxby was a sweet kitty but quite feisty with veterinarians. Dr. Bennett gained Zaxby's trust in ways we've never seen before. She is such a kind human being. One of the things she said to me, which made this whole process much easier, was that there is no perfect time. You will never, ever, make a wrong decision when you decide it's time. It's a spectrum. Some pet parents may decide that they don't want their fur baby to start feeling unwell and put them at peace while they're still happy and healthy. Others, like us, decide it's time when their baby starts feeling unwell and, though they may feel better with medicines, decide it's not worth the discomfort and stress. Some wait until it's near the end. Dr. Bennett - we are so lucky to have crossed your path. Jeremy and I will never forget you and Cori. You've imprinted us with the love and care you showed during this process. Thank you ❤️

Our dog, Lola, passed about six weeks ago. It was a day I was completely dreading and I knew I wanted her to pass away in her home, with familiar surroundings and people she loved. Dr Bennett was so patient, caring, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She understood that we needed a few moments with our dog to say goodbye and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. I couldn’t imagine a more peaceful transition for our beloved Lola, and a better process for my family and I as we said goodbye. I highly recommend Heart’s Ease! They made a difficult time a little bit easier and definitely helped us find peace and comfort with a tough situation.
