  Mixed Review - Great facility, but not ideal for dogs with special needs I had high hopes for this facility, and I do think it has a lot of potential. However, I think it's important to share my experience so others with dogs who have special needs can make an informed decision. My dog is food and toy reactive, and I was upfront about this during the temperament test. She passed the test, and I felt confident that this would be a good fit for her. However, while traveling through the airport over the holidays, I received a late-night call from the owner at 8 PM, asking me to pick up my dog (without any prior conversation) because she had shown aggression. This was surprising to me, as she has never had any issues at other daycares/boarding facilities. From what I learned afterward, the aggression seemed to stem from the introduction of food and toys—things that trigger my dog's reactivity. Unfortunately, the facility does not appear to have the ability to separate dogs based on their individual needs beyond size. This is something I should have confirmed beforehand, and I take responsibility for that. While I understand the challenge, I do feel this could have been handled more proactively, particularly given my prior communication about my dog's specific needs. In the end, I'm grateful that no one was hurt and that another boarding facility was able to accommodate her last minute. I do hope the facility considers offering more individualized care for dogs with specific behavioral needs in the future. Overall, this is a great place for many dogs, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who require more specialized attention.

  By far our favorite kennel, my dogs are so excited to get there and they always seem to have a fun time. Staff are sweet and attentive to the animals. Lots of running space and they take lots of pictures and post daily. Fair price and easy to work with.

  very impressed with this kennel. owner and staff are nice, facilities looked and smelled clean. My dog was happy to go back, it seems like he had a good time. will definitely use this kennel again. Thank you for having Kylo!

  We absolutely love this place! Maisy has the best time. She plays all day & comes back so tired. The staff truly care for the dogs & families. They even post pictures of the dogs every day. We love you!

  Above and beyond is the only way to describe this place! I had so much anxiety over boarding our little 6 month old puppy. We had a bad experience elsewhere and so I didn’t know what I was going to do. I found this on google and it looked great. So I was put on the waitlist cuz i booked it too close to trip and they fill up. I got a call 3 days before we were to leave saying they had space. The owner Becky talked to me for 1/2 hour to make me feel comfortable about leaving her. All my anxiety went away and I knew she would be well taken care of. It was so clean! Didn’t smell of kennel at all. The staff is amazing and it was a breeze dropping her off and picking her up. She must have had a good time playing cuz she slept most of the rest of the night. They post pictures every day. It was so nice to see our little puppy having the time of her life. They even went above and beyond and I got a small video just to ease my mama heart. I really can’t stress enough at how amazing this place is! I would give 10 stars if that was an option!
