Fido's Republic

Howie has really fluffy hair that grows out the side and other places have tried to cut it but it’s always really blotchy. This is definitely the best haircut he’s had in town and he even got a cute little tie lol his paws are also well trimmed and he seemed to have had a good time. Definitely coming back even if it’s a bit out of the way compared to his old groomer. Super happy overall :]

Crystal has been grooming my cat Athena for over a year she’s amazing and treats her so well! It was such a pain to maintain her long fur at home but she always makes Athena so soft and stays nice and tidy all month until her next appointment. If you need your cat groomed I would highly recommend her!

I have taken my dogs to Fido's a few times now and they are a great team. They remembered my pups and were very sweet and caring to all four of them. And everyone's cuts and grooms turned out perfect!

Despite being a previous customer for baths, my recent grooming experience here was disappointing. They mentioned a "minor" incident where my pet cut her own paw during the session. However, upon closer inspection at home, the injury turned out to be more severe than disclosed. The wound caused continuous bleeding, and led to my dog clearly in pain and limping. I consulted the vet, incurring additional expenses for her care. Despite paying the full $80 grooming fee for my tiny doodle, there was no mention of compensation for the injury, or for the time we have had to set aside to ensure it heals properly. While her hair was cut well and to my preferences, the lack of transparency about the injury and the subsequent complications make it that will not be a returning customer. Awarding two stars for the grooming, but overall, not a positive experience.

I love the way my fur baby is loved and cared for by Collen! Better yet, I also took three others for grooming. What can I say? We all love Collen at Fidos!
