  I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at Pawsh. Not only did they fail to provide the grooming services I requested, but they also overcharged me for subpar work. I specifically asked for a schnauzer hair cut, but when I picked up my dog, none of the requested services had been completed. Instead of an apology or acknowledgment of their mistake, I was told that my dog had already been cut or“wounded” before the service, which was clearly untrue. My dog was not groomed in the way l asked, and I can see that it was an incomplete and rushed job. To make matters worse, my dog was injured during the grooming. She has visible nicks and cuts that were not present before, and she has been acting unusually uncomfortable ever since. I brought my dog in trusting that they would take care of her, but instead, they caused harm and showed zero accountability for their actions. I also found the price charged($60.00) for such poor service to be unreasonable and far above what I was expecting, especially considering the quality of work was non-existent. I will not be returning to this business, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they want reliable, professional, and compassionate care for their pets. This experience has been a major disappointment, and I hope no other pet owners have to endure the same.

  I had previously taken my dog to this place for nail trims, and everything was fine, which is why I decided to use their boarding service. However, what happened during boarding was unacceptable. I left my Goldendoodle there for a week, and when my husband went to pick her up, the facility reeked of a terrible smell. He found our dog with matted hair full of knots. When he brought her home and brushed her, he discovered bite marks on her skin, areas of red irritation, and patches on her paws where the fur was missing. I later sent photos and a message to the owner or staff, asking for an explanation, but no one responded. At the very least, I wanted to know when the injuries occurred. The boarding service included grooming, and we had specifically requested a bath and nail trim. Instead, they only gave her a bath. Today, I suspect the bite marks were caused by fleas, as I discovered my dog had fleas after bringing her home. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable.

  Do your furry friend a favor and avoid taking them to this place. I want to share my terrible experience with this business. They asked me to arrive at 11:00 a.m. The advertisement claimed a flat rate of $29 regardless of the dog’s size, but when I requested a full spa treatment, they charged me $100. I agreed to the price expecting exceptional results, as they assured me my dog would look great. They told me it would take a couple of hours, but when I returned after 4 hours, my dog wasn’t ready. They asked for one more hour, but ended up delaying nearly 2 additional hours. In total, I had to come back three times, and the process took more than 7 hours. The final result was disastrous: the haircut was the worst I’ve ever seen, with no technique or professionalism. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional throughout the entire experience. If I could, I would leave a negative review, but the system doesn’t allow me to. Conclusion: This place does not deliver on its promises, either in quality or time management. I strongly recommend finding a more reliable and professional option for your pet’s care.

  i’m very unsatisfied with their work i called on friday no answer they soon texted me i booked an appointment for 11am i went in at 10:30 to drop off my dog the lady said that there was no appointment and that there was 5 dogs in front of mine i was like okay the lady also on the text said it would be 50 bucks for my dog but the lady in person said it was 60 i said okay fine i dropped her off they didn’t ask for my phone number nothing so i was reading the paper and it said in two hours so i decide to call them no answer they text me again i ask is my dog almost ready they said they were gonna ask and then text me later they never did i called one last time a hour later no answer so i call from a different phone and it took them until the 3rd call that they answered and said she’s been ready for a while they need to answer the phones how can you even run a business like that and they do kinda have an attitude i don’t recommend this place a at all DONT take your dog here

  Tbh don’t come here. I took my German Shepard and I don’t think they washed him he came out wet without being dried and sprayed all over his body with some type of spray to smell nice. His hair was extremely loose and shedding everywhere. The lady charged me 80 I won’t be returning back. P.S. they do have an attitude and make faces at customers I didn’t believe the reviews.
