DON’T BRING YOUR PETS HERE! We recently brought our dog to this groomer because his hair was super matted and in need of a trim. We brought him in at eleven in the morning, and they finally released him at 5 in the afternoon after we had called for an update as to why it was taking so long. All day after that he was very depressed and tired looking almost as if he had been sedated(We didn’t give consent for the use of sedatives, nor were we asked.) One of the main worries was that after the grooming session he didn’t want to walk, but when he did his hind legs would go limp and he couldn’t move them. We took him to the vet and they performed tests and analysis in which they all came out perfectly fine.(With evidence to prove it) Vets said there is no other reason why he’d be acting like this other than if there was foul play involved, or if he had been medicated/drugged without consent. I have pictures and videos of my dog before and after coming HERE as well as medication recipes, and x-ray film that was provided by the veterinarian.

The price was awesome but what I loved the most was the amazing job they did to my very nervous and aggressive Chow Chow. Very rarely does a groomer take in this breed. The staff was so gentle and caring. She looks beautiful and smells delicious!!! Thank you very much, we will be back soon.

The staff are very patient and caring with animals, thus they do a great job. We have two HUGE Dobermans and they did an excellent job with them. They (dogs) were so clean and soft, smelled nice. Our dogs actually enjoyed being groomed, like a spa day. I could tell the staff were definitely dog lovers and very kind to them. Our dogs were totally at ease and comfortable. I am very particular about my dogs, they are like family members to me and I totally trust Cafer Pet Grooming. I cannot say that about any other place I am familiar with. Also the cost is minimal, especially considering the quality and service. Well worth it!!

I just picked up my dog for the first time here. He seemed happy! None of the dogs that they were working on looked stressful. He came out looking great too. It’s so convenient that they are in the neighborhood. I don’t have to go to the one on the expressway anymore. They are also a lot cheaper! 🤩 I was offered to drop off/ pick up at no extra charge if you live close by. Who does that?! Definitely will be coming every 4 weeks.

I took my cat for cutting nails and groom8ng verry good nice people also when I got there I saw them walking dogs they treat them nice they have dog motel too they take care of dogs verry clean and professional the best my cat name is Lola
