  I took in 3 small doggies today, they got a good haircut but one had a cut on his head. when we got home we couldn’t pick him up without him screaming in pain like he had been kicked in the ribs! The other two acted as if they had been traumatized. Good price but not going to let our pets be hurt anymore. Place needs windows so we can watch how they are treated.

  I asked for them to shorten her hair down to half an inch because she already has short hair but it’s like an inch-inch and a half long so I asked for them to cut it down to half an inch and they said that they couldn’t because they didn’t have the right size of clippers. Now around her neck, she has splotches. Not only that I also asked them to trim her nails and smooth them out. They trimmed them, but they didn’t smooth them out and my dog does have separation anxiety from after the groomers so yes, she does Jump all over me, but I got such horrible marks because they didn’t do their job properly. They weren’t willing to work with my dog and her anxiety to get her nails down to the level that I wanted. The more I looked the more I realized how bad they did. 10/10 don’t recommend this place for big dog breeds. Also the last pic is how badly I got scratched up because they couldn’t handle her and be able to smooth out her nails. Update they said they would fix things up for free and instead of smoothing her out to half an inch they shaved my dog completely bald, which is not what I asked for. On top of that she’s a German shepherd Doberman mix. With her being a mix of those breeds, neither one of those breeds are supposed to be shaved bald and yet that was their solution for her. I don’t know who in their right mind would shave this breed down to this short. Like I feel like a terrible mother right now that I let them do this to her. I will never be going there again or ever recommending them to anyone I know

  I have brought my dog here twice and have had a good experience both times. I always ask that my dogs ears are not trimmed and that she is not shaved down (just a trim) and to not give her a teddy bear cut. I think they do a great job each time and she always comes home smelling great and feeling clean. These are before and after pictures of the most recent time I took her. The most recent time I took her, she was in and out in 2 hours even though when I came in there was a long line of other dogs to be groomed as well. I pay less than $40 (not including tip). Will be back!

  This is sad. Words can’t describe how disappointed I am in myself for taking my yorkie here. Never in his 8 years of being my pet has he ever been harmed or even injured like these photos in the slightest until I brought him here. This is horrible. He has a cut on his neck. I’m extremely upset, and would advise anyone in the Corpus area who cares for their animals to send them elsewhere. No dog should have to experience this at their grooming appointment. This saddens me to write, and it’s awful to know that other pet owners had similar experiences.. I hope this places gets held accountable for all of the animals they have injured and traumatized.

  We've been taking our dog, Ruby, here every few weeks for about a year and we've never had a bad experience. We're charged less than $17 to get her a bath, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. Ruby is a short hair dog, and they told me that factors into the price which makes sense. They recommend you take your dog in before 11am if you don't want to make an appointment. They're usually finished within a couple hours and they call you when your dog is ready. The staff have always been good with Ruby, which is huge, although admittedly I've never seen how they operate in the back.
