Penny and the Wolf Pet Grooming

Today was the first time I took my 8 month old puppy to a groomer. He was bathed and pampered! He is short haired so no need for a cut. The staff was friendly and professional. The shop is clean, adorable with its pet outfits and and other goodies. My puppy loved his Christmas cookie! This was a great experience and will definitely be returning!

I recently took my goldendoodle to Penny and the Wolf, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! My dog desperately needed to be groomed, and they did an outstanding job! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to understand my dog's grooming needs and preferences, ensuring he was comfortable throughout the process. The grooming itself was phenomenal—my goldendoodle looked absolutely stunning! His coat was perfectly trimmed and styled, and he came out looking and smelling fantastic! His coat was also super soft! The owners clearly have a passion for helping animals and truly care for each pet brought in! Booking online was a breeze, making the whole experience even better! Also, the space was very clean making the experience even more reassuring. I highly recommend Penny and the Wolf for their exceptional grooming services and caring approach. Five stars all the way!

Paid $60.00 plus tip to have my cat sit in a kennel for an hour only to get notified to pick him up. They didn't bathe him or clean his ears. When I went to pick him up, the owner panicked and saw that he wasn't touched and proceeded to scrape him with a brush, making him bald on his back. I called and asked why he wasn't groomed and the owner insisted that five women brushed him and brushed him until balding happened. I informed her that my cat was still shedding and unbathed and she replied that he was groaning the whole time he was being brushed. She offered to re-do the service but I didn't want to put my cat through the trauma. A waisted $60.00 as I am a homeless disabled veteran. But it goes to show in these times people in these services will take advantage of you no matter what your status is. I will not be returning to them and will find another grooming place that will not take advantage of their customers.

I'm overjoyed with the groomer's skill, especially in giving my Yorkie the perfect haircut just in time for Thanksgiving. Their flexibility in taking my dog on short notice is truly appreciated. The positive experience has solidified my decision to return, and I'll be sure to recommend this groomer to everyone, especially for those looking to have their pets looking their best during special occasions like Thanksgiving.

These people are Angels! They went out of their way to help us on a day off for them during and were soo patient and loving. Poor baby was in pain and needed lots of TLC and they delivered! And for an exceptionally reasonable price! Would highly recommend and it's no wonder they are normally booked out weeks in advance. Thank you both so much for taking the time!👍👍🐾🐾
