First time here! simple nail cut. When we got home It looked like her nails had not even been cut. I called and was told it was because they didn't want to cut her Quick with the vein... That you can clearly see and FOR SURE they missed it. BAD service and clearly armatures when it comes to grooming.Boooooooooooo

I have been taking my shih Tzu to Bruno s for 5 years now. I have always requested the teddy bear cut. Once they cut her tail so badly it hung to the ground rather than plume like shih Tzu s are supposed to. Two months ago when I took her in they completely shaved her ears. I brought this up to the front desk and they assured me they would place instructions in her file file not to shave her ears. My fiance recently took her in and verbally requested her ears not be shaved. When he picked her up guess what?! her ears had again been shaved. I called the office and the girl who had answered the phone told me she talked with the groomer and it wouldn't t happen again. At this point does anyone know of a good groomer that will listen to my grooming request and not ignore my specific instructions and do what s fast and easy? I am extremely frustrated and irritated with this grooming service.

We just moved here from Illinois. Our shih tzu Oreo had her first visit for a grooming at Bruno's. Raidean did an absolute awesome job. We were very pleased and will definitely be returning.
