Amauri was phenomenal! He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. It was our senior long haired cat’s first time getting a grooming and he fights with the intensity of a lion. But no matter what, Amauri was sweet and handled him gently. He made the experience wonderful and Dan, our cat, has NEVER looked better. We have had such a hard time finding ANY cat groomers in the city and the fact that they came to us, was a huge plus! Thank You for helping us with our kitty, and I would STONGLY recommend booking with Amauri if you have a particularly fussy kitty that needs a good groom. Pics are just after the grooming, so he is a little ruffled, he nearly had enough hair taken off to make two additional kitties!

It was my first time having to use any sort of grooming services and it was by far the most amazing experience. My 2 month old kitten Luna truly had the best experience with her very first grooming and it’s truly a kind of service I would never turn away from. Luna was treated with such care and knowing that it was her first time receiving the services truly made it that much more special. Luna is truly looking forward to her next grooming session. Best grooming experience everrrrrr. This was a last minute booking and my first in home grooming session.My groomer Junior is PROFESSIONAL 👏🏽👏🏽 Excellent communication, honest and fair pricing for my dog who was a matted mess 😂 . He was so kind to my baby and made my dog Anthony “ feel relaxed and safe. I ❤️❤️❤️the way he calmed Anthony when his paws were being trimmed. My Anthony looks absolutely adorable. EVERYONE with a pet should use Lou-Lou! Amauri cut our 12-year-old cat’s nails in 5 minutes! He’s a cat whisperer. My husband and I have been trying to cut his nails for two months and we couldn’t do it. This place was always my first choice but I had called other pet groomers who do house calls to get a quote and no other place does only nail trimming. You have to buy packages upwards of $150, and it’s just not worth it for our cat Wright, who is exceptionally clean and does not need a bath or haircut. If you have trouble cutting your pet’s nails or brushing their teeth, etc. and your pet does not travel well, Lou-Lou is IT!! There’s no other place as fantastic!
