Park and Bark

Elizabeth was wonderful! My dog Teddy is a rescue and I originally tried to take him to VIP pet spa in wantagh and was told by them that teddy tried to bite her when being put in the bath and that he was just “too large”. I was shocked since Teddy is so sweet and gentle with humans and other dogs. I tried park and bark and they were great! I took precautions and had my dog muzzled and slightly sedated per the vets recommendation and Elizabeth was so kind and understanding and really took care of Teddy. She said he was wonderful and didn’t try to bit her or anything and that next time he probably doesn’t even need the muzzle or sedation. I will deff be using her again. Seeing my dog happy and cared for makes me so happy. Thank you park and bark and thank you again Elizabeth!

So I wasn’t going to make a post regarding my experience with Park and Bark because I really liked the groomer Allison and the way she took care of our puppy but unfortunately they have cancelled on us 4 separate times, have lied, caused my husband and I to lose money and hours at our jobs and won’t do anything about it. The first 2 times they cancelled they had said two of their groomers had gotten in separate accidents within a 2 day span which is very sad if that is the truth but it just doesn’t seem to be. The third time, at 3:30 pm a man called to tell us that all of the trucks were frozen as if they hadn’t known that all day long. 4th time cancelled because he scheduled us with someone who doesn’t cut dogs hair which is insane. Every single time they have cancelled they have called over an hour after the scheduled time for the grooming. The man who answers the phone and schedules the appointments is rude and has no consideration for other people’s time. He offered us $20 off of the $170 grooming after 4 times of cancellation. Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service, horribly run business. Could not say enough negative things about them. Like I said, groomer Allison is great and definitely should take her potential elsewhere because this company is horrendous. Do better for your customers because people pay a lot of money for reliable groomers for their dogs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PARK AND BARK!!

Ashley groomed my Long haired female cat whom I’m sure was not easy. It was Ratt’s 1st groom ever. Ashley was able to make her dry matted hair into a soft shiny coat. She smells so nice. She looks happy. I’m thinking about doing my other cat Bella.

Grooming time used to be a very stressful time for me and my 2 dogs.I had my them groomed by Alyson for the second time yesterday. I love that I don't have to get the dogs in to the car, in to the groomers and then wait for hours for them to be done. With Park and Bark, they come to you. The van is clean, the appointment making is easy. They are done quickly but efficiently. Alyson did a great job on both dogs.

Loved Ashlee at Park and Bark.... You should name it Purr and Bark! Ashlee was so kind and friendly. My cat Coal was so pleased with his spa shampoo and his no more tangles. Truly Proud of his new bow tie too 😻. Thank you Ashlee
