The Sudsy Puppy

My dog isn’t a high maintenance, fancy breed. In fact her nickname is “Stinky.” She doesn’t like the bath much or nail care. But when she leaves the Sudsy Puppy, her coat shines so much that she gets compliments from strangers, her nails are tight and she smells like roses .

The whole team at Sudsy Puppy has been so great with Koa, understanding his quirks and participating in the routine that he needs ❤️ As a result my anxious boy who doesn’t like to be handled is happy to visit Emily and Olivia to get his nails done 3-4 times/month. Totally worth it!

I have taken my 2 large dogs to the Severna Park and Crofton locations of The Sudsy Puppy. At both I have received the same polite service. My pups have never come out anything but happy. They don't shy away from going back with the groomers. When I have had concerns about fleas, the staff gave me great instructions and feedback. They make it so easy to get help taking care of my big guys!

Sandy and Rizzo always excited to see Olivia and Gina for their spa day. Mommy and Daddy are always happy to see 2 beautiful Westiepoos excited to go back home and play in their yard.

This is the first groomer that wants to up-charge me for them not being able to handle an anxious 4'year old Cavachon. He's just scared but sweet. They try to tell me it's also because even though his appointment is for 60 minutes, they can't get it done in that time due to them handling other grooming appointments at the same time. Not my problem. Going somewhere else. I so wanted to like them. Bad business. And looking at their reviews, I'm not the only one that is annoyed by their lack of professionalism.
