Mobile Pet Grooming

I've used this mobile dog grooming service three times this year. The first two experiences were excellent, thanks to the same skilled groomer. However, the third time, with a different groomer, was disappointing. It appears the company doesn't have quality checks in place for their groomers, allowing them to operate independently without oversight. To ensure consistent quality, the company should post customer ratings for each groomer and make this information available when selecting a groomer online. It's unfair to rate the company as a whole poorly because it negatively impacts the groomers who do a great job. Transparency with customer feedback would help maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using this service again. I will go back to using companies like Petco, which, although less convenient, offer more reliable quality. Their groomers are held accountable for the services they provide, and they accept electronic payments.

My experience was excellent!! Terrance was my groomer and from the beige asked questions to get to know Levi better and what his temperament is. Levi is a very inquisitive dog so move around a lot and Terrance was able to make him comfortable and keep him calm. Terrance really good at what he does and I am loving my fur baby’s haircut!!

I read all the comments some positive alot negative so I decided to use them to see what it would be like I have 2 shih tzus So the young lady Nikki Or Kayla, not sure. called me said she will be on the way upon arriving to my home. She called again to tell me that she was outside She came to The door greeted me. picked up my dogs. Took them to the mobile van outside. Cut them both. Return them to my door. Everything went well. I would definitely use them again.

I've had the worst experience ever with this company. I've used them on and off for about 16 years. On when they first started and off when they started hiring people off the streets and giving them a van. Today I am calling the police on them. They sent a guy who has problems according to the person taking appointments to my home. This man threatened me called me names and was 2.5 hours late. All because I didn't want him to just do a chop job on my Maltese. When I tried to call the company to get this irate man away from my house. The person answering the phone refused to pick up. I know she can see the number because a half hour before the man arrived I called back to inform her that it's been over an hour and a half and this groomer has not showed up. She at that time that she saw my number and was hoping that he had come. The entire encounter with this woman is also strange , claiming to a believer in Christ. She also told me that the owners are the children of original owner, that Past a couple years back and the children left the US and live outsize the country.

We have a long haired Persian cat that gets matted very easily. Past grooming sessions at our vet and elsewhere have been traumatic for our cat, especially because he is a rescue who had been very abused. This grooming session was wonderful! Melissa did a great job and our kitty has been happily playing and showing off his new lion cut! We are so happy with the results! Best groomer ever!
