Mobile Dog Grooming by Katie

AVOID!! We heard how great she was from a few friends/neighbors. I called 2x in August and was able to leave a message once (voice mail was full).... She called me back randomly 5 weeks later and we scheduled an appointment 5 weeks out (earliest she could come). THEN, she canceled the day before due to a family emergency... ok I totally respect that.... she said she would contact us to reschedule. We waited 10 days and then I sent a text about rescheduling.... nothing.... partner sends her a note and she asks for number to call.... nothing.... now the poor dog is so matted he will need to be sheered.... all because I waited on her....

Katie's been taking care of our two pups for almost two years now....we are so happy to have her excellent services. Our pups love seeing Katie so I know they are well-taken care of....and they look so adorable afterward too! Thanks Katie....it's alway nice to see you! The neighbor just texted me to get your info for their pup, so they will be in touch. Love, Pebbles and Bam-Bam, Woof Woof!

Been trying to get my big dog Max groomed since April. Covid-19 made it challenging to get an appt (in-person or otherwise). After 2 cancelled visits with 2 other groomers I found Katie. Still had to wait for weeks (she's busy), but she was early, did a wonderful job in a lovely clean mobile salon and even made time to trim the nails on a rescue I adopted last week. Prices were more than fair. She's definitely got my business from now on.

Katie does an awesome job. My mini Aussie looks so good after and she does my parents dogs as well. Always smell/look great. Also puts a cute tie/bow on them every time. She’s the best and very convenient!

Follow up: 1st Never returned my call or email. Over a week later I got an email from Katie "I'm too busy to do dogs nails". Really...? My mistake I thought that was part of dog grooming. A more professional reply would have been 'I'm booked but I can refer you to ____ or I can do it on such-and-such date'.
