Bobs PetGo Mobile Grooming

First time using Bob's PetGo. Bob did a wonderful job of grooming our Goldendoodle. He gave him a real nice cut. Bob, himself was very knowledgeable in the grooming process. He took the time to explain everything he intended to do with grooming our dog before hand. He answered all of our questions (which everyone should do with a first time groomer). We were pleasantly surprised with our dog's bath and hair cut.Thank you Bob.

OMGGGGGGGGGG. I love Bob, he came to my home and picked up my 147lb female cane corso and my 127lb rottie. I was totally terrified not beings though my corso hates bathing and hate riding in the car. And my rottie hates getting his toe nails clipped. Let me tell you. Bob came here took them out of my house and put them into his car without a fight. After they left, I sat by my phone waiting from him to call and tell me she won't let him bathe her. Babyyyy that did not happen. Not only was Bob able to bathe her. He was also able to clip my rottie nails without a fight. They came back so clean and smelling amazing. Then my corso had the nerve to be crying for him at the door when he was leaving 🤦🏾‍♀️. Needless to say, Bob you will definitely have a new customer and he wants me to add my african borbel puppy to the pack. GREATTTTT JOB BOB.🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

I wish I would have found them sooner. Our experience was amazing! I love that they take one appointment at a time. No boarding ensures your pet gets the best care and individualized attention he/she deserves. Believe me when I say they will not turn down any pet, regardless of behavior, anxiety, aggression issues. I NEVER thought I'd be able to take my dog to a groomer, I can hardly take him to the Vet. Trust these people, I did. My guy is no longer itching or licking his paws, his coat is so soft and fluffy. He looks/smells wonderful. THANK YOU STEPH AND BOB!!! Stephanie quickly responded to my inquiry via their website and would answer any questions I had along the way. They are also very understanding if you need to reschedule and understand that life happens! Bob has a vast understanding/knowledge base on the grooming process, skin conditions, as well as animal behavior. He understand them, their body language and most importantly, he respects them. My own anxieties melted away just by talking with Bob. By the end of the convo, it felt as though I was dropping my dog off to a friend. It's a beautiful thing to come across someone who loves their job as much as he does. Bob and Steph will take care of your pet as if they were their own. If you want some context on my aggressive doggo here it is... I have a 9 year old, 120 lb, super reactive/ aggressive male GSD with dermatological issues (very itchy) who had never been to a groomer. My Old-Timer doesn't take kindly to the wind when it blows in the wrong direction... let alone strangers touching him. As you can imagine, he is VERY difficult to bathe in the winter time. Feeling helpless, I reached out, explaining Cairo's behavioral issues thinking there was no way they would be willing to take him on as a client. Much to my surprise, They did. Bob was not afraid of this large animal in a muzzle with 3 collars on. By the time he hopped out of the back of the car, Bob had Cairo's collars off and he only had one slip lead leash on. Muzzle was off of Cairo by the time Bob put him in the bath tub. Bob said he was literally in the tub with my dog.... unmuzzled... They were best buds by the end of his appointment and he said he has no issues with Cairo at all. I literally had to pick my jaw up off of the floor.

I am in awe by Bob and Steph! Their professionalism from beginning to end is the reason why my dog looks amazing right now! She has really bad anxiety with groomers and her previous groomer refused to take her until she was medicated. I told Steph upon inquiry and she said do not worry about it, Bob will handle it! And that he did! She looks better than she have ever looked! I am grateful for their compassion and support! I highly recommend them for your furbabies! Thank you both again!

After our experience with them I wouldn't ever let them groom my dog again... 😡
