My Westie got what can only be described as a horrible cut. I doubt the person who groomed her has ever seen what a Westie cut looks like. The head was butchered. There was no blending into the skirt, the chaps, or her front. On top of all this, it was 50% more than I’ve paid for very good cuts in the past. And they have a 90 minute arrival window for the appointment. Evidently, they think that Comcast customers just love them for their prompt service.

My groomer the one time I had a grooming was fantastic. I loved her. The booking and management unfortunately left me high and dry. They dropped the ball with my appointment, told me I was responsible because I didn't get an email back even though I responded right away confirming the time THEY gave me, I had made special arrangements to be home only to be blown off. 3 weeks later, my dog desperately needs a grooming and I have nothing. The owner was terrible on the phone and refused to apologize, refused to take responsibility.

Fantastic groomers. I have two golden retrievers and have tried groomers all over the DC area and Bark In Style is the best. They are easy to schedule and always on time. The groomers are gentle and kind and my dogs always look great. They follow directions and provide what is asked of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bark N Style is terrible. They wet the dogs hair and don’t even shampoo them, they just blow dry, wet, dog hair so then they smell even worse than before. They also give very ugly haircuts. Even with good instructions, they are unable to perform basic tasks. Do not use them.

I have 2 golden retrievers that hate getting groomed. Specially getting their nails done. On top of that, the always hated spending a full day at the salon with other caged dogs barking all the time. A friend of mine recently mentioned that mobile grooming should be much easier for pups since it would only be them being groomed right outside of my home. As a result, I decided to give them a try. Both myself and the pups couldn't believe what a stress free experience it was. Never going back to regular salons after trying this service.
