This was a great experience for both my pet and myself. My little dog is new to us and to the area, and they handled her so well, did all of the services necessary and arrived right on time. I am very pleased with the outcome and sservice. Will book again.

Really disappointing experience. We took our two dogs there and they came back with nicks and cuts that they didn’t even tell us about. I had to send texts and photos asking what happened and when one of the cuts got infected they wouldn’t even respond to our texts trying to get more information. We had to spend $200 at the vet to get the wound cleaned and get antibiotics. When they responded after weeks they said it was a preexisting condition because our dog had a bump. Dogs have bumps! They’ve been getting groomed for years with the “pre-existing condition” of bumps and no one has cut our dogs to the point of infection. If you’re dog isn’t completely silky smooth I’d go somewhere that won’t cut them up.

We had to file a discrimination claim against this business. My partner is disabled and has to use the mobile grooming services. The first couple of times it was OK. The last two times every time we scheduled an appointment to have the dog groomed we would receive text messages asking for the appointment to be moved as much as five hours. One time the appointment was supposed to be in the window of the morning. Then it was moved to the afternoon and we mean late afternoon. The work we do is freelance and this caused us to lose money. My partner politely stated to them in a text message if they could not move the time again because we had already did a lot to accommodate the first appointment. We began to receive very rude responses that we need to be flexible. They also stated that every time given is a window . We understood that, however they were going from saying that appointments would be from noon until two pm, to asking for the appointment to be as early as 10 in the morning When we had already booked our “window”. They also asked us to change the appointment once again the day of. My partner was texting back-and-forth with them and again said hey is this appointment going to move again Already scheduled around it. When they do this, they do not apologize or anything. They say You you need to be flexible. Again, this isn’t a matter of being an hour off this is changing From 10 in the morning till 3 PM in the afternoon. On Saturday we made an appointment for Tuesday. The appointment was set, Wouldn’t you know it on Sunday, they reach out to us to say they need to change it. Again, my partner voiced a concern because they don’t seem to understand that their customers also have schedules. Then my partner stated that why don’t they just say to their customers if you were getting mobile grooming, you need to reserve an entire day to accommodate the groomer. That is reasonable and it’s also being honest to your customers. Rather than having your customers believe that you’re going to groom their dog at 10AM only to have you change the appointment to 2 PM which is a huge difference. Like I said, they will do this on the same day. Then it became really personal when my partner explained to them that they are disabled. This was in response to their telling, my partner to bring the dog in physically. They are not able to do that because they are disabled, which is why we were told the mobile grooming service was a great option. To our shock, the owner became huffy and told us we needed to find a groomer. That was a better fit. In the text message, they are saying this to my partner three times. When my partner said it’s OK she can accommodate the second time they have switched the grooming appointment, that it would make sense if they told their customers that you need a whole day to wait for the groomer in case of scheduling changes: she claimed my disabled partner, was stressing her out by simply asking for more clarity around what time the dog would be groomed. We are not being unreasonable. They literally changed the time that I was to have the dog waiting to be groom three times in one day. To clarify, this was not within a two hour window. Therefore, we filed a claim with the ADA, have a case number and will contact a lawyer tomorrow. UPDATE : The response from the business owner below is a complete misrepresentation. There are text messages, which are visual proof of what went on. My partner did not ask for an exact time. My partner asked for you to give some clarification on the appointments after you changed your arrival THREE TIMES on one appointment. You did it again on the upcoming appointment. The text messages occurred over several days because over several days you changed the appointment again and again and again on a Sunday and then Monday. Perhaps if you stuck with the appointment you made with your customer made there would not have to be so many texts?

I used their mobile grooming service and was able to meet Eddie who took such great care of my Oliver. Eddie did fantastic work and only took an hour and was able to do everything right outside my apartment. Having a mobile service option and their onlinr portal to book was so convenient and easy to use. So glad I found them and will use again!

We took our fluffy 4 mo. old Bernedoodle, Rider, here for his first grooming. We were very anxious about the process and how Rider would respond to the grooming. Eddie was very friendly when we dropped him off and eased some of our fears. Two hours later they texted us to pick him up and he looked great! Eddie assured us that while he was a little anxious, if we continue to bring him there for grooming, that they will work with him and he will get better. It was such a great experience, we plan to use Noma pet services for all of our grooming needs. The bow tie was a nice touch too! Thanks Eddie!!
