We’ve started taking our miniature poodle to Charlotte for grooming, and she consistently does an amazing job! Charlotte’s attention to detail and gentle approach make all the difference. She handles our dog with such care, making the grooming process smooth and stress-free. Our pup comes back, not only relaxed but looking wonderful, with a clean, fluffy coat and a perfectly styled cut. Charlotte’s expertise and dedication shine through in her work—we couldn’t ask for a better groomer! Highly recommend!

Charlotte's grooming is exceptional in every way. She is knowledgeable, professional and precise in her work! I have two standard poodles and am consistently impressed month after month when picking them up! They look drop dead gorgeous every time! There was one time I used another groomer because of scheduling thinking it would be ok! I picked them up and they were ragged, hacked, unshaped, uneven and appeared to be a complete rush job! Charlotte puts effort and expertise into her work and one may think a groomer is a groomer but they are far from created equal!

Just brought our Golden Retriever for a grooming today and she looks beautiful!! Clean ears and fresh nails. Charlotte, the owner, was so nice and extremely accommodating to my last minute appointment request..perfect communication through text! Super clean. The cut is perfect as we like to leave her fur long and we’ve had some bad cuts elsewhere in the past. Highly recommend!!

I have been searching for a long time for a groomer that takes cats as the vet will do it but it’s not very good for obvious reasons. My long haired boy tends to get all matted up no matter what I do but Rags to Riches did an absolutely awesome job giving him a lion cut. She also cut his nails and cleaned his ear. I will definitely be bringing him back. Thank you sooooo much.

As being new to grooming my puppy, Charlotte knew what to do, made myself and my puppy so comfortable for his first one! She was friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had as well as quick to respond. Cant wait for our next appt with her!
