I’ve been with this clinic for nearly 20 years and they have helped me in many cases to keep my pets happy and healthy. They will rush to help you and your pets in an emergency, and take your concerns over health issues seriously. The Dr is fair and diligent and will do whatever he can to improve your pets health. The techs and staff are all very knowledgeable and kind.

My 10 year old Staffordshire Terrier, Max and I are always treated great here. Max tends to get excited and anxious whenever we go and all the staff are really good with him. Great vet and great people. The only vet we go to.

The front desk staff and vet techs are incredible. I waited for an hour and a half due to some emergencies the vet was handling in the morning, no worries, they were all so kind, I didn't mind waiting at all. Got into the exam room, waited 30 minutes for the doctor/owner to come in. Right away, he comes to the dog and presses and prods at a visibly infected wound, then proceeds to tell me the dog 'almost bit him' and he needs training.. The dog did get mouthy and did the nibbling thing, because he has been protective of his paw. But also the doctor made no effort to comfort or familiarize himself with the dog before approaching him. He is a stray dog with high anxiety. I told him I work full time and live alone right now so training hasn't lined up with my schedule. He then began commenting on the harness, which is good advice but the arrogance wasn't needed. I was letting the dog sniff around (we had waited for two hours at this point and yes he was getting very antsy). He says "he's not being very patient" um, he was patient for two entire hours! Doctor says "he's leading YOU around", He tried to show me just how close the dog needs to be at all times, and ended up knocking the dogs head on the exam table..If id come for training lessons fine, but you're a doctor, DO BETTER. If the entire experience had begun with this interaction I wouldn't have stuck around for two hours and given my hard earned money to this place. I left feeling very uneasy about the whole thing. I even canceled my check up with him. You misjudge a dog you've met for all of 5 minutes, meanwhile he was getting complimented on how patient he was for two hours in the waiting lobby. The comments were just rude and very unprofessional. So don’t bring your dog here if he’s a puppy that can’t wait for 2+ hours and will get antsy :) that is not allowed here and you will be given an unwarranted training lesson.

I love the homey feeling that I get when I enter this building. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lutz is extremely thorough, gentle, and informative while tending to your pet. He takes his time and does not try to rush you out the door.

The vet and the others in this office are very kind. They were gentle and caring with my girl. They made sure she was healthy and gave her shots for the UTI. I am sure they will be just as caring every time we take one of our babies there.
