Dr. Black was great with my dog and gave him a very through exam for a reasonable price. She gave me options for next steps if he didn't improve. Thankfully, he did improve and was back to his normal self within a couple days. If he hadn't improved, I felt Dr.Black would be a good fit to help him with the next steps. Also, they got me in on short notice, which I appreciated.

I highly recommend PennyPaws! Excellent care from your friendly staff who came to my car so my newly rescued dog didn't have to wait around other animals since he can be aggressive. Thanks for making it easy and pleasant!

Updating: If you can't book Dr.Simon specifically i would recommend booking your appointment at the North Richland Hills location instead of this location. Such an excellent experience, from the reception desk, to the Tech Roberto, and especially Dr. Simon. This location is amazing. Dr. Simon was so well mannered and his knowledge, experience and care for animals was very evident. He performed a thorough but gentle exam on my dog and gave me his expert opinion and multiple options for treatment even looking up good rx coupons for me to get her medication cheaper. He didn't rush through the appointment and really made me feel like my dog was important and I could tell how much he cares about his patients. The appointment was affordable and i was able to get bloodwork done also because the pricing was so reasonable.

This was the best experience for my pet to get the vaccinations needed. She is new to my family and is kinda stressed. They handled her with care! Very Happy New Mommie Pheonix is home and doing well!!

I have had a couple of different doctors for my dogs since I started coming here. I have found that I prefer to see Dr. Miller. She is an amazing veterinarian! She truly cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond with my new addition, Archie. Today was her first time to see Lulu and again I was not disappointed! Everybody at the front desk (sorry still learning names) has been wonderful! The techs are great! Archie Lulu
