As a new customer, I appreciated the time spent with my chihuahua from Ohio that is known to be a sporadically aggressive dog I had so many questions, with patience they answered.

It has been a hard decision to spay my fur baby because my last fur baby passed away when she went under. NOT HERE but another vet. It was very heartbreaking so I’ve been nervous. She came to her first visit and I was given an estimate and I was ok with paying the price. I gave the nurse her yearly shot record which they took to scan and first booster among other blood work. When I come in today for her second booster they have none of my previous records and only has on record 1st booster, heart worm and flea preventative. Unorganized! Made me feel weary and uncomfortable leaving my little fur baby. I got up and left…. So sad because I thought I finally found a place I could bring her.

Our sweet dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and it's terminal.m. I decided to call Penny Paws today to find out what there end of life care prices were and what they offered. Not only did I not get a clear answer the person on the phone was extremely insensitive and kept using the term "dispose of" when it came to my dog's remains.. and idk maybe just me but I thought that was extended insensitive and upsetting! I won't be using them!

On round 2 of puppy shots and visiting Penny Paws is so much easier, convenient, and cost effective than visiting an office vet. Was early to my appointment but did not have to wait, everything took about 5 min start to finish. The staff was super friendly and they all loved on my puppy, she had no idea she got a shot.

It was such a great experience. Was our first time visiting this clinic. The prices were great, and our cat (kitty) did really well with the Dr. She was nice and really explained everything and gave us quotes for everything that needed to be done. Definitely going back with our dog next time.
