They had been my pets vet for years!!! About 2 years ago I was able to just find a location and get my dogs taken care of and done. Now I have to , 1 be free on Saturdays 2 drive to who knows where,3 fight with 4 counties trying to get their loved ones checked on. Not good. I know things have changed all over the world but our pets need help as well . And in order to stay in compliance with landlords we need you all!!! Please open up more locations. Thanks

Got updated vaccine for my 2 cats and 2 dogs. Wow. First time using this service. Had to wait a bit, but quite a few people and pets there. Cost was very affordable. Got the tags and they emailed the records. Went into spam, but had me check it before I left. Will use again next year

Can I please get my dogs vaccination records. They still have not been emailed or texted to me. I have called and no one is answering the phone, and the girl working the table said they would be sent later in the day after I asked and reiterated I had not received them after the shots. Edit: eventually got my records. Hours of business need to be updated and voicemail cleared.

Took my kittens to get vaccinated Saturday Sept 21 2024 at Simpsonville SC location and this vet well she said she was a vet but didn't have anything on her that said she was like most vets do so I think she was a vet tech cause they can also give vaccines she told me that one of my kittens were dehydrated and had fever it was like 100 degrees outside we were waiting there for like over an hour had to take the kittens inside my car cause they were so hot then when the vet or vet tech finished vaccinating she said one of the kittens had over 103 fever how the hell will you know if it had fever if she didn't even take the temp and how hot it was outside everyone will feel like it had fever sorry but they need to get better vets or vet tech cause that's what I studied and I know what I'm talking about i ened up telling her off!!! Also there was a nice lady in the line waiting she is a police officer and she said these people were not friendly and very unprofessional is like they weren't happy to see so many customers. Also when they asked if I wanted to deworm the kittens I said no cause I already had done it like I said I studied veterinary technician and one.of the woman there that was full of tattoos didn't like for me to say no and looked at me with a face like I said they are very unprofessional. The so called vet didn't have anything that said her name on it so I can search her up neither!!! So next time I will take my animals to my vet or humane society cause these people are getting sorry and the nice Vet that was my vet for years I guess he retired.

Waited an hour and a half and still did not get my pet's shots. Dr Stan Grist is no longer operating the pet mobile but whoever is it's very unorganized and dysfunctional. People was cutting in line and the staff told us pretty much it was between whoever was in line who came next - that we would have to work out the differences. The pet Mobile NEVER OPERATED in such a terrible fashion when Dr. Stan Grist was operating it. I did find out Dr. Stan Grist retired and is doing well but is no longer in practice and has been retired a few years. I will be taking my pup to Wade Hampton Veterinarian Clinic - Dr. Marilyn Grist for his shots. This is Dr. Stan Grist former wife who is a Veterinarian also.
