  I wish I could give 10 stars. After a traumatic visit at another close by Veterinary Emergency practice, we ended up here due to issues with our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel Marlee. Dr Hutchinson and Bradley the technician are amazing and are definitely in the right field. They truly love animals and it was evident in how they treated Marlee by petting and talking to her. They were very knowledgeable and listened to how we felt as the owners. Unfortunately, Marlee went to the rainbow bridge, but they made her finals days comfortable. I received a follow up text from them after her visit and let them know that she had passed on her own at home. I received a very touching and heartfelt message in response from Bradley expressing his sympathy to our family, including our other 2 pups that we had briefly mentioned. Proof that he listened to every word we said. If you are looking for somewhere that will make you feel like they truly care about your pet, this is the place.

  We have had nothing but positive experiences with Pet Vet 365. Doctors Wilson & Hutchinson are two of the most competent medical professionals I’ve ever met. The entire staff is wonderful, including the Technicians. They’re engaged, thorough, and prioritize the wellbeing of my dog in every situation. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this practice (and specific location), and in fact have recommend them to friends on multiple occasions - every time, my friends have also had great experiences. Lastly, my dog’s situation is complex, so my experience with Pet Vet 365 has included a multitude of visits and considerations. The Technicians are so accommodating of my dog’s specific needs, including his aversion to bloodwork. They are patient and kind. It’s truly a comfort to have a vet you completely trust!

  Dr. Resek has cared for our menagerie of cats and dogs for almost 6 years, and she is excellent in every way. When a new treatment became available that she thought would benefit one of our cats, she reached out even though we didn’t have a scheduled appointment and our 18-year old cat is thriving. She has recruited an equally friendly and caring staff at PetVet365 in Bloomfield/Shadyside. Very happy with the care our fur-kids get there!

  They understood my dog is shy and with this being his first apt they were all so kind and patient with him they took time to let him warm up to them before really examine him he wasn’t bothered at all by the vet who was very gentle. No scary waiting rooms or putting my pup onto a table everything was done down on his level for extra comfort! Overall we had a great experience and are ready for the next appointment! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

  This was my 1st vet visit in Pittsburgh. The welcome by the receptionist was welcoming and kind. The rooms they put you in while waiting are such a great idea and really provided a safe space for both your pet and yourself. The doctor and the tech were thorough, kind, calming and informative! I highly recommend this company and this specific location!
