Ten stars for sure! Dr D’Souza and Tech Rikki were a breath of fresh air coming into my house with a scale! They went above and beyond and were great with my very nervous Shepherd and amazing with my hyper golden who’s great unless you need to check him out! They got it done and were so helpful, extremely knowledgeable, didn’t rush dogs let them adjust. Staff is awesome and quick with responses. No more awful car trips to the vet trying to hoist a disagreeable 90 lb golden! All is good! Never been so pleased . Recommending them to everyone! Life savers!
I recently had to have my best friend put down. As any pet owner knows, this is one of the hardest decisions you will ever have to make. Dr Page and his tech were so kind and compassionate. It was one of the saddest days of my life and I am thankful for the kindness and patience Dr Page and his tech showed my family and I. They gave us all the time we needed. Dr Page has truly found his calling as a vet. He understands the love between a pet and their family. ❤️
Dr. Page and his assistant came to our home at 4pm on Saturday to put my sick little girl down. You cannot find a more kind, gentle, compassionate, and understanding doctor than Dr. Page. I am so incredibly grateful for the caring way he performed the entire process. Good bless Dr. Page and his assistant.
We chose to have House Paws at-home vet service come to our house when it was time to say goodbye to our dog, and we’re so grateful we did. The staff was incredibly compassionate and made the experience as gentle and comforting as possible. Our dog was in his favorite spot, surrounded by us, and the vet took such care to make sure he was calm and at peace. It allowed us to focus on saying goodbye and to honor him in a way that felt right for our family. I would highly suggest this service and especially House Paws, if the anxiety of traveling to their office is too much for you and or your animal.
We used HousePaws for our 15 year old Yorkie last night. Can't recommend this service enough. It was a really tough decision, but after having 2 other dogs we weren't able to give this gift to it was clear that at the end it was the right decision. The doctors were very compassionate and allowed my family time to grieve with our dog while explaining the process and what to expect. We will able to help her transition around family and loved ones at home where she was comfortable. This is never a good circumstance, but this service made it feel special and not traumatizing.
