Crossroads Mobile Veterinary Clinic

Poor communication. My cat passed away after receiving vaccines through this vet. I wanted to discuss what possibly happened. It took a month to get a call back. I was busy and the vet left a VM saying he would call the following Monday. Still no phone call. I’m not blaming him for my cat’s death, but the lack of bedside manner is appalling.

Living about 10 miles from the nearest veterinary clinic, two Abyssinian's, one has a meltdown on the 20 minute drive, a mobile clinic seemed the answer for routine care Dr.Pisanie and his Cross Roads Mobile service proved, convenient, and efficient, Ariana a much happier cat.

Update: Crossroads came out again 04/03/2019. Same great people, awesome with animals. Gave my super-massively insane cat 4 shots in about 10 minutes, done. Well worth it over sitting in a place! Highly recommended. I know my cat appreciates it too over sitting around an office w/ dogs and in a car ~1.5hr total Original review: Recently my family had a medical crisis where a family member needed constant care. I have two animals that both needed shots and I was unable to find anyone available to watch my family. This is very stressful since I can't leave someone alone for hours at a time. I called Crossroads and spoke to Dr. P. He arranged the visit with 48 hours notice and was at my house promptly at 9am. Both my animals got the shots they needed and I was able to care for my family without leaving them. Great service & great people, they have a good attitude and really love animals.

UPDATE: It's been a few years now and thought I should give an update! Dr. P and Hailey have been back to see us probably 6 or 7 times since first review. For yearly check ups and follow up from emergency visits at VEG. Our relationship has only gotten better over the years. We feel like family. They take such pride in looking after our cats who are my world. They know everything when it comes to them and my cats are so relaxed that I will never take them to a vets office again if I can possibly help it. Worth every penny! Thanks Dr. P and Hailey for all you do!! You have seriously taken the stress and anxiety out of the equation!! We appreciate you both! After a not so good appointment at my regular vet, I decided to look into a mobile vet and I'm so glad I did! Not only were my cats more at ease, they were just happy all around. What a relief for them but most of all me. They arrived on time, early actually and were so very sweet. Very professional. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. If your thinking of getting a Mobile vet, call crossroads. You won't regret it! My 2 mini black panthers (Midnight & Talon) say thank you for your patience and kindness. I so appreciate the option of a mobile vet. Dr. Pisani and assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Having a large dog that loathes going to the vet, I spend a significant amount of time dreading how I will get her there and what could occur in the office. We will be customers for life!
