Vet-To-Go

After being denied by care credit and other services vet to go took us on & even though there was an incident before the surgery they still went ahead with it. And at the end we’re very nice to us. Also the bill was 4X SMALLER than what the animal clinic of billings quoted!!! 5/5 on all 10/10 highly recommended!! Miracle workers I can’t thank them enough for everything!!!

The first appointment we had was wonderful, great doctor, and affordable. After that horrible. I left multiple messages and never got calls back. I requested records for my animals, did not hear a thing for over a month. Called and left a message again, and when my husband finally walked in to get the records the assistant admitted to just deleting my voicemail. No intention of a call back. I really wanted to like them but the customer service is terrible.

I appreciate all that Vet to go Dr's do for animals in our community with the low cost spay neuter TNR clinics. A small group of people got some older kittens rescued, who were dumped in the middle of no where. Friends pitched in money to get them vetted. I made appt, and was told" those cats have the entire morning of the 27th booked up, so you need to let us know early if you cancel". They ended up on the schedule LAST. I did not get a call from the vet about their surgery/findings. Was informed after the fact that they don't have leukemia tests, so now they have to go through a trip to a different vet all over again. I got a call at 7 pm to pick them up, then another call a few minutes later asking where I was. I told them I live 45 minutes away, and was driving. I was informed that the chart says I live 15 minutes away. I really didn't appreciate getting chastised for someone there documenting incorrect info on the chart. It was impersonal, and I did not leave with a sense that anyone there cared about these babies. Again I do thank vet to go for all of the good they do for community animals and owners.

Vet To Go performed the spay on Goose, our 1 year 2 month old Golden Retriever in September 2024. They were so kind, incredibly personable, and her incisions and stitches look great. The techs and receptionist were lovely to deal with, very communicative and considerate. Will be using them again! Thank you so much!

I brought my 3 month old puppy in for a wellness check. Now, 15 years later we came in for his final appointment. Over all those years he received such skilled and loving care. The compassion and support shown to me as I said goodbye to my best friend was so genuine. Everyone on the Vet to Go staff have a true calling. I am so grateful to them. I always recommend them to my friends not only for their skill but because of their integrity and affordability .
