My dog needed urgent care on New Year's Eve, and our regular veterinarian was closed. I brought my dog to Lotus and we were seen immediately. The staff was very friendly and caring. My dog received the treatment and medications he needed. If we are ever in need of urgent care for our pet again, we will come back here.
Horrible!!! Spent $250 on my dog. He is still experiencing the same issue 3 wks later. When I called to complain, and complain I did, I was greeted by the most unprofessional vet I have ever encountered. He tried to refer me to a specialist for skin issues for animals. Guess what he needed???? Anal gland expression!!! Something they advertise and specialize in!!! The Dr did not want to do it and when I confronted him, he hung up me!! Dr. Note owned this practice for so many years and this company has destroyed the goodwill and confidence that he gave his clients! TERRIBLE! ONLY WANTS MONEY!!
Hands down the most smartest VET i have experienced. I switched to Lotus from Winterplace. No hate on Winterplace the staff is amazing. But the VETs not so much. One of my cat got out and apparently got attached by some animal (maybe a squirrel) he had 3 puncture wounds on his chest- Winterplace sucked me dry with each visit costing 6 to 7 hundred dollars this went on for a WHOLE YEAR. And all they ever did was inject him with antibiotics, He was also on antibiotics for a whole year and she kept flushing the wounds. I took him to DR. Mehari. 1st visit - he was like why did the other Doc not suggest surgery after all this time with the wound getting infected and coming back. He performed the surgery on 1st visit- i paid close to a 900 and my cat has been fine ever since. My cat is also the most aggressive cat ever (he has made us go to the ER from his bites/attacks- I still love him dearly). He will not let anyone touch him so every time i took him to the vet (winterplace) they had to sedate him. My 3rd visit for him because he got ringworm DR. Mehari was not comfortable sedating him again, his innovative idea to treat and diagnose ringworm was impressive. I am certain if this was any other vet i would be walking out with a 1000 bill. He saved me money, he saved my cat from having to get sedated again. I really do not understand the bad reviews but to each their own. But for me, I forever grateful that I found Dr Mehari.
The doctor has misdiagnosed my dogs health issue for 6 months. Said he had a parasite in his eye and pretty much ignored his coughing just giving him an antibiotic. I finally took my dog to another vet only to find out it’s Not a parasite but an ulcer in the eye and the coughing is a collapsed trachea. I wasted 6 months listening to Lotus. Now my dog is blind in his eye and they may need to remove the eye!!! I may file a law suit. NEVER NEVER bring your pets there. The doctor is obviously denying this as he won’t take responsibility for his mistakes. Despicable. Karma will come his way
My Senior cat had cancer and they diagnosed her and treated her for a simple eye infection. After her condition got worse I took her elsewhere and found she was ate up with tumors.(They had even charged me for an xray). I also once took my pet Bearded Dragon here once and the vet asked "what kind of lizard is this?" (I also took him to elsewhere). I know it's tough to find any vets in our area taking any new patients right now but it's truly in your babies best interest to look elsewhere for their care.
