Baystate Mobile Vet has truly outdone itself with its stunning new location on the campus of Overlook in Charlton! The facility is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, with incredible details like separate dog and cat exam rooms to minimize stress on animals and owners alike. AND there is ample parking for added convenience! What makes Baystate stand out even more is that, despite the new location, all the qualities that made this practice exceptional are still in place. The staff remains as caring and compassionate as ever, providing expert, knowledgeable care for my furry family members (2 dogs, ages 4 and 14). If you're looking for top-notch veterinary care in a gorgeous, welcoming setting, Baystate is the place to go!

I am used to assisting my mother in taking our GSD to the vet. Due to his high distain for the vet we try to get as much care in our yearly visit as possibly. This can make it a costly experience. Although the service is remarkable and well worth it. One could IGNORANTLY argue that it’s easy for Baystate or any vet to shows such a high level of care once a year. I would like share that if its a high stress yearly visit with a big ol GSD or a quick phone call to ask about cat food suggestions, Baystate is there. Today I had yet again another wonderful experience with Baystate staff, taking time to answer questions as a soon to be first time cat owner. Most clinics would have suggested to make an appointment, go to their website for more info or google. Baystate took the 3min to share their suggestions and thoughts. That’s the difference between being a vet and being a trusted member and provider in your community.

Another amazing visit at Baystate!! I can not thank their staff enough for the constant kindness and compassion that they continue to give. Our GSD struggles at the vet but Baystate has always guided us on how to create the best visit possible. I would recommend Baystate to anyone looking for a safe, educated and compassionate care. Very caring veterinary and staff. I have been coming to see this wonderful Vet. over 30 years with all my animals and would never go anywhere else. She's the best and is very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and compassionate. You won't find any better that truly cares about your pet.
