Really confusing and unhelpful service. You call and they cannot tell you for sure if they will show up or not. I wasted an hour waiting and had to go to another facility.

I can't say enough about Dr. Hefter and his service to me and my senior girl Mysty. He's always been there for me with any question I have, provided quick response to medications for my girl and was there for her when it was her time to go. She was a 15 year old Labrador and lived a great, longer than normal for a Lab life, but it was her time and he let me make it my call. He treated me with kid gloves, walked me through the process to help me understand and gave me all the time I needed with her beforehand. She had the smoothest, most peaceful transition I had ever seen. He definitely is the one you want to call for all of your fur babies needs.
