My Charlie Mae has been so well taken care of at HOP. Her recent surgery we were met with the most adorable professional man who walked us through the whole process and treated Charlie like a princess. I can never imagine going anywhere else. I also just adore the attention and love from Dr. Adams and sincere desire to treat and comfort my Miss Mae. She is recovering nicely.
I definitely recommend HOP! I brought my kitty, Ranger, and they were so sweet, attentive, and genuinely concerned about him. Liz was the nurse who helped us and she is very sweet. The doc came in and was very knowledgeable and kind as well. For a veterinary clinic they are also very reasonably priced, which i appreciate because some vets will charge a lot just to be seen. HOP is great and if I ever need vet services again, this is where I'm going! Ranger is doing much better now!! Thanks House of paws!!
House of paws is the best vet I’ve been to!!!! Everyone is friendly and sweet from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors. They took care of my baby and were so sweet with her. I will never take my dog anywhere else . Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and that my dog was in good hands.if you’re looking for a safe kind place to take your fur baby this place is it I appreciate and love them for being so nice and sweet.!!!!!!!
I welcomed Peaches into my home about 18 months ago; as a stray, I had no knowledge of her past. When she stopped eating and drinking anything for nearly 48 hours last week, I was very concerned. Because I have not had the need for a veterinarian for many years, I scanned the internet and many reviews. House of Paws was highly recommended and because Peaches had never been in my car, I was so happy to see it located only minutes from my home. Peaches was taken in that afternoon without an appointment...and expeditiously worked in. Within a few minutes of the examination by Dr. Adams and her skilled Technician, Andrea, it soon became apparent to me that Peaches had "withheld" information regarding her age [8 years], weight [10.5 pounds] and her dental hygiene. Peaches had blood work and a careful examination, after which it was suggested she be returned for surgical extraction of 2-3 teeth. I'm happy to say that Peaches received the surgery and is making a splendid recovery. She was cautiously nibbling on her IAM's chicken kibble within 5 hours of returning home. Throughout the ordeal, every staff member of House of Paws Veterinary Clinic was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I have nothing but gratitude for the exceptional work they do....and Peaches is well again. The fact that the clinic has a 10% Discount of Dental Care for the month of August was an unexpected plus!
My lab had an ear infection. I tried to get him into my previous vet and they were booked out 3 weeks. House of Paws was able to get us in immediately via text message. Very friendly staff and you can tell all of their clients are very pleased.
