I've been going to Loop Vet atleast 9 years and they are the best they are patient very knowledgeable staff front desk to the back not just the Drs they go out of their way to accommodate you as best they can. If you have n't tried them, you really should I really love those and so does my Chewy

Save yourself the trip and money. This place is one of the worst places to bring your pet. They provide no transparency when it comes to the process. You tell them your pet needs one thing, they want to give you another. Any means to make as much money as they can from you. Not to mention the lack of communication and empathy from the doctors and nurses.

Best most caring place and Dr Bentley and his wife and Cindy are all amazing and it’s really hard for me to trust vets

The front desk staff and vet techs were very kind, and the Dr herself was super quick giving my dog his annual shots. He's a bony boy, and they even brought him a blanket to lay on while we waited.

The receptionist, Ms. Cindy, was so sweet. My car went for a routine neuter and they did great. The staff answered all my questions and made sure I had thorough aftercare plan and understood it.
