The worst Vet and is money hungry want to run a million and one test that you have to come out of the pocket large amounts of money for no reason. Will do anything to run up your bill!!! Absolute worst vet ever.
I love all the staff at Banfield. They love Harry Potter so much and he is so comfortable around them. I'm forever greatful to have amazing trustworthy people around my baby.
Every time we go there they are always so nice and thoughtful. They explain everything in terms I can understand. I have always felt when they have Bells it’s like she is the only one there. Would not go to any other vet.
It's rare that I have a positive review for any kind of medical facility (human or otherwise), but my experience and Banfield was great. The receptionist was quick and professional, and did not give me the runaround about pricing - she explained every charge in detail. The veterinarians are very thorough and professional, and I was impressed by the way they handledy cat's emergency visit. They let me know what was going on in between procedures, and explained my cat's condition in a way I could understand. I'm overall very appreciative of the care my pet received here.
We had to bring our Georgie cat bc he was very sick. His labs showed nothing abnormal, and the ultrasound did not show any kind of obstruction in his intestines. Within the hour we were there, his condition changed drastically! He could barely lift his head, breathing heavily and his heart was pounding. With no answers or the slightest clue how to treat him, the only option was pumping him with fluids and steroids to keep him stable while they tried every option to help him, so we decided to let him go peacefully. The vet called us about 90min later saying she was unhappy with not being able to provide us with some kind of answer and decided to do an autopsy. It turns out, one of his intestines was cut or ruptured, and that caused him to become extremely septic. If we had decided to try to treat him, he still would have passed, while continuing to suffer the entire time. With the doctor's help, we made the right choice. We love you, Georgie! Thank you to the entire Banfield team for being there! You will see us again for any vet visits!!
