  We’ve been taking our 2 standard poodles to Viviana at Grooming tails since we moved here 2.5 years ago. She always did a wonderful job. I dropped my dogs off at noon for their appointments yesterday and was ready to pick them up at the typical 4-5pm time, however I was never contacted. I started calling repeatedly at 5:30 without answer until 6:15 when I was informed that Viviana was no longer working there, my dogs appointments shouldn’t have been made, the groomer working on them (the owner) was slow, etc and said they wouldn’t be done until 8pm! After putting our kids to bed my husband went to get the dogs at 8. They weren’t ready. I finally called again at 8:40 and was told the groomer needed another 30 minutes. 9:22pm called again without answer. Finally at 9:30 my husband went in to grab them. The only reason he didn’t go in sooner was because the dogs were on the table and we were concerned they’d jump down and get injured. Our elderly dogs were terribly distressed and shaking. I am beyond disappointed in the owner and how the situation was handled. For starters, I should’ve been informed at the time the appointment was made that our groomer was no longer there. Additionally, if the appointment was made in error I should’ve been contacted to reschedule or tell me at drop off that it wasn’t possible. Putting my elderly dogs through 9.5 hours of grooming was totally inappropriate.

  This was the first full cut for my 6 mo old shih poo and it looks amazing! I absolutely love it! Wherever we took her this weekend, we got compliments on her grooming! I can’t recall the lady’s name but she is the owner and she did amazing! The staff were all super nice and friendly and patient. Will definitely be going back.

  We recently took our two adult standard poodles to France at Groomingtales Pet Salon for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, France’s professionalism and passion for dogs were evident. She took the time to understand our poodles' specific needs and preferences, which immediately put us at ease. The grooming area was welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for our dogs. When we picked them up, we were thrilled with the results. Both dogs looked great, with their coats beautifully trimmed to our specifications. Overall, we highly recommend France for anyone looking for top-notch grooming services. Her attention to detail and genuine love for dogs make her an exceptional groomer. We will definitely be returning.

  I am uncertain as to which malevolent individual determined that it was permissible to subject my dog to such horrific grooming and facial cutting without notifying me. This is her current appearance and the appearance she possessed this morning. Their response was that my dog was "neglected" and that they were required to remove all of her fur. The state in which my dog was returned has left me feeling devastated. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the way it handled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if these pictures don’t convince you enough!

  I brought in my cat Petunia for a bath and sanitary trim today and the staff did a great job with her! I’ve only had Petunia for a few months and she’s a very nervous cat so I was anxious to see how she’d react to her first grooming appointment— I picked her up about 4 hours after dropping her off and she looked and smelled amazing and went home relaxed and happy :) thank you to everyone who made her first experience at the groomers a positive one!
