Spokane Dog Grooming

We didn't usually have an issues taking our dog here. A couple times they did not like that we would take more than 15 minutes to get there to pick him up. This last time she called and said he'd be done in 5 minutes, I said great! my husband is leaving now and will be there in about 20-25 minutes (we live in Colbert it take 25 minutes to get there) She hesitated and said "oh.... um... well" I said he physically cannot make there any faster we live in Colbert. A time before that they texted me and I said great my husband will get there as soon as he gets our daughter. Who ever responded said "Oh, how long will that be because you were our last appointment and wed like to close early" at 12 noon....... Anyway, this last time, and I am not sure if I signed a "if the dog is matted we will shave him" clause, as I have with previous groomers (hes a doodle) but we picked him up and he was shaved. SHAVED! Went from about 2" of hair to nothing. He was freezing for like a month. I know he wasn't matted because I comb him before he goes just to avoid this. We won't be bringing him back, because we apparently live too far for them.

Took my pups here for their first grooming appointment and I cannot be more impressed! They treated my babies with love and did a really good job! Very friendly, we will be coming back :)

I took my small dog here numerous times but this last time a few months ago was not good. My dog came back with a rash and one of her nipples was red and raised. This definitely happened here because it showed up right after the visit. Will not be returning here ever!

I took my poodle puppy here for his first groom since I got him and Amelia was very patient with him and did a great job with his haircut. Highly recommended!

They did a beautiful job on my dog! He’a a rowdy beast, and weighs 70 pounds, so I’ve had a hard time finding a groomer that will not only do the job but be good to my dog. I also did not know what I wanted, I just knew that he looked really mangy. She was happy as a clam when I got there to pick him up, he looked like a big teddy bear, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We will be back!
