Today was our first time having our pekingese/shih tzu done. They did a great job! Very friendly and Miss Prissy Jean looks great! Definitely recommend!

Have been bringing my dog here for a couple years. They do a wonderful job and take great care of him. Prices are very good for the above average service they provide.

10/10 I'd recommend! They did such a great job with my 11 year old toy poodle. Every time we move bases, one of my worries is finding a good groomer. My fur baby can be such a handful because of her previous surgery. They listened to my concerns. I'd definitely take her back here for the next 2 to 3 years that we're here! Thank you so much!❤️

AMAZING groomer!!! I highly recommend this groomer!!! Our fur babies are our everything and we're very particular on who works/grooms our long hair German Shepard. My husband and I just relocated to the area and our German Shepard was in need of a spa day. I searched and searched and read every review and this place is hands down worth it!!! They're extremely nice and welcoming. As I said earlier, our German Shepard is a long hair and not going to lie he's high maintenance. At our PREVIOUS groomer (NOT Waggin' Tails Grooming by Mary) they made my husband and I feel unwelcome and that our sweet fluffy boy was a pain. When I would call our previous groomer they'd answer the phone with an annoyed tone, they'd huf and puf once I stated Colt needed a bath. They inform me how much of a "pain" he was, he was just so much work and he wasn't pleasant to groom because he would howl. I would take him twice a month because they made me feel horrible on how much of a job he was. Not going to lie, I hated picking him up because they made me feel horrible and all I'd hear when picking him up was how vocal he is. I didn't get any of that from Waggin' Tails Grooming. They were welcoming and I could tell our gentle fluffy giant was in good hands and handled with care. When my husband came home with our boy I was so worried they'd give us a bad report like our previous groomer did. That WASN'T the case with them, they informed us he was a gentle, good boy. Needless to say this place is amazing and most definitely will be going back. I couldn't thank them enough on how greatful I am on how they treated my baby. Thank you SO SO SO much!!! You guys are AMAZING!! Highly recommend this groomer!!!!
