  Took my dog Tito and was very happy with the overall customer service. Tito came out smelling so good that I was hugging him all day. Overall I’m very happy and will continue to bring my baby Tito here.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I asked for a teddy bear cut around the face, they gave him a flat top. They have uneven spots all over the body. They matted his hair around the ears and tails and didn’t comb him out. They hurt him by creating a bald spot and shaving to close in his right buttock causing him to bleed! Then I called and asked for refund on the service and they say it was done and they can fix it, but how can you trust them when they did such an atrocious, rookie job! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  Long post but read I saw a van with a grooming number on it and called. The person asked my pet info, what location I wanted and set up an appointment for me and gave me the price for the service I wanted (shitzu bath and haircut). When I got there they didn't have my appointment and the price was almost double. The groomer was a very young guy that didn't speak English was rude and had to call someone on the phone to help talk to me because he was the only one that worked there. Red flags: he didn't even check the rabies paperwork, calculated price and tax in his head, all the dogs are left in kennels in the lobby without supervision or water, it's cash only, weird bag of unknown pills attached to the business cards (chalky definitely not treats) Ive worked in a grooming salon before and felt very uncomfortable leaving my pet. My instincts said this feels bad (my clippers broke and I couldn't do it myself). When I asked estimated how long, he said will call when ready. I said is it 3 or 4 hours, he said rudly will call when ready and went to the back. I went home then read the reviews. Anyone else notice how many of the good reviews are people that have only EVER reviewed one place, them. Suspicious Don't know how the service would have turned out because I went back to get my baby. I won't take a chance for something to happen to him. The guy didn't even care I asked to cancel it. Not that he had started or anything because there were other dog ahead of mine.

  We took my doggie at around 12:30 pm and they said the full service would take about 2-3 hours. 2-3 hours passed and nothing, we called and they never answered they just communicate through text. Then about 4 hours passed and still nothing so we called and texted a few more times until they finally answered and said they were about to work on her (they kept calling her a him) and then we waited about an hour more until they gave her to us. This is what she looked like, choppy haircut, knicks on her sanitary area and they said they couldn’t do anything about the matting which is the main reason why we took her, yet we were able to carefully untangle and cut them off at home. We paid about $75 for just a bath AND they only take cash and give no receipt. We asked for our money back but they said they couldn’t because the “full service” was already done. The whole place looks sketch and so do their work ethics. They deserve zero stars.
