Bow Wow Spaw

My dog Charlotte has been coming to Bow Wow Spaw for several years and they never disappoint. The owner and staff are always friendly and professional. Their Saturday special for small dogs is a great value.

Took my pompoms here for the first time for baths and grooming and I am very impressed! It’s hard to find groomers that take care of not ruining Pom’s coats. Here, they took care of not cutting it too short and cut their coats evenly. We will definitely be returning for all their grooming needs!

The owner is super sweet and amazing. Very welcoming and clean establishment. There’s something about this place and the people that my extremely anxious puppies love and puts them at ease. We have noticed a big difference how our puppies react to them and the place compared to other places. Also, the soap they use on the puppies makes them super soft and makes them smell amazing for a good while between washes. They don’t smell like sweaty dog after being outside for 5 minutes. Very clean, amazing customer service, and great vibes!

This is the fourth time I have taken my Shih Tzu to be groomed. It will definitely be my last. The cut was choppy, uneven, and even scalped in places. I had to drive straight to Petco and buy shears just to make him look descent. I told and even showed the owner and a groomer how much to trim his ears. He came home with no hair left on his ears. His tail still had long strands hanging. You should see the before and after pics! I feel the groom was rushed and my request were ignored. Please, reconsider when choosing Pow Wow Spa as your groomer.

Took my friends dog to the spa to get de-matted and they did good. Some places had more hair than others but they were pleasant and quick with their service. They determined her hair is unsalvageable and gave quick tips.
