Mac is absolutely wonderful with Lucy, she's been endlessly traumatized by being dropped off at the groomers and always stressed out. Having Mac show up downtown at the office to get her a fresh winter cut was amazing. It is the least stressed she has ever been with a grooming and Mac did such a fantastic job. The mobile grooming is so great to have available and i won't be taking the old girl to anyone else!

We brought our dog Timber to see Mac at Fluff Pet Parlor last week and we were so happy with our experience! Timber is a Great Pyr/Chow-chow mix so he’s a big dog (100+ lbs) with a lot of hair. Timber can also be anxious when meeting new people but when he met Mac he warmed right up to them. When Timber was done being groomed, he came bouncing out of the bus with the biggest smile. It was easy to see how happy Timber was. Plus, he looked and smelled great! Mac did such an amazing job and you can tell how much they care. We are so grateful to have found Fluff and will absolutely be going back! 🐕‍🦺 🫧 🛁

I should have left this review months ago- my Mini Aussie, Nemo, has been going to Mac for a while now! To feel totally comfortable leaving your pet somewhere is a big deal, but Mac makes that so, so easy with their compassion, and obvious love and patience for pets. Nemo looks fantastic every time and I am just so grateful that in a crazy grooming market I have such a solid resource for my dog! Truly, look no further than Mac if you want both top-notch quality and with a side of kindness :)

Highly recommend! Mac was so loving to our pups and made it so easy to work with them. They came to our house, worked seamlessly with our needs and were so friendly, kind, and professional! This is the groomer I will continue booking services through :)

Our collie doesn’t like to be groomed but he loves Mac and Fluff Pet Parlor!! We tried another groomer in town, but our furball wasn’t comfortable with the experience. However, he does very well with Mac and Fluff Pet Parlor!! The Fluff Bus is so convenient and they do a wonderful job. Highly recommend!!
