Their bath self service area was amazing, so I highly recommend that. The employees were super nice, however I'm pretty upset they sold me expired food and I didn't notice till I got home and went to go feed my dog. It's discolored and has mold inside of it. Make sure to check the expiration date before buying anything here!!!!

I love petting the kitties here! So sweet. Nice employees too, I'm a little biased there though because my dad worked here briefly

Love this place fair prices, variety of pets to buy they look like they are well taken care of.

Great place to get pet stuff and bring fur babes and bathe them, but the company is questionable considering they sell their animals to where there are singles left of animals that shouldn't live in solitude. It's so depressing seeing lonely fancy rats and ferrets. If that's what the company deems appropriate pet sales, they shouldn't be selling pets. At least vipets sells them as pairs when there are only two left of social species.

Stopped into the store to buy a heat lamp for a bearded dragon yesterday around 4pm and when I say it was such a pleasant experience it really was!!! I wish I would have gotten the Ladies name who helped us, even while she was training a new employee because she was so so so nice! She was helpful, full of knowledge of the products in the store, and honestly it was just such a top notch customer service experience!! Give her a raise, she’s amazing!!
