I have been taking my husky here for the past almost 2 years for daycare drop off and once a year for boarding over the holidays. I've been very happy with the service. The cameras during daycare are a bonus! It's so easy when I'm in a rush to just show up and drop off my dog for daycare, and let them charge me when I pick her up - no need to linger around and settle things. Many of the staff know her by name even though she only gets dropped off once a month which makes me feel good they know her! They are always very accommodating for boarding as well. I've never had any issues here.

It was our puppy’s first grooming experience and she was beautiful! We will be back!

Found this place years ago and from day 1 they have been amazing with our trio! We love that we can board our pups here and not have to worry about them! Being able to see them on camera any time we want is a plus!

***update the manager has called back and they will be refunding me for the grooming** This is my 4-5th visit at the dog stop and I have never had any issues with my dog’s grooming until this instance. I have a long haired dachshund who only goes in every few months for a trim and bath. I explained to the lady working the front desk to focus on trimming her tail chest and paws specifically stated not to shave her or touch her back. She then asks me to pick the length and says is a 3 good? I explained that I don’t know what that means and she says that’s about an inch (I’m assuming with scissors) She did not mention she was talking about a razor. I then go to pick up my dog and her entire body is shaved like a sheep and her beautiful hair is all gone. Any experienced groomer knows long hair dachshunds are not groomed this way due to their coat pattern. But what was even worse than the entire misunderstanding was the shave job that was done. $63 for them to shave her spotty, leave long chunks, and thinned out spots. I was too nervous, upset, and honestly stunned at the time to walk back into the building but once I actually got home and saw outcome I called back and they told me there was nothing they can do bc “I agreed” on the length. I tried to call back and request to send in images to show the horrible cut but over 2 days later no one has returned my calls or messages. I am just saddened by the entire experience because I really enjoyed the dog stop until this experience and now I’m honestly scared to get her groomed again. The 4-5 pictures are honestly laughable looks like I did it at home. The last image is her before with her beautiful long hair that only needed a trim.

Hands down, a great place to take your pup! My Giant Schnauzer had a blast during his board and train week. You're able to watch your pup play on camera. He didn't seem to miss me at all lol. If you're looking for one on one training, Katie is top-notch! Grooming is also a plus! My pup had his first cut here and looks perfect.
