I highly recommend the royal treatment. My dog attended royal recess group play multiple times a week and he loves it. He has gotten baths and been boarded there as well. All services have been great! The staff is so nice and they are great! Definitely bring your furry friends here!

Ms. Ana at Royal Treatment used to be our groomer and she is the absolute best! She's so sweet and did a great job! However, we stopped going there about a year ago because we had a terrible experience with the doggy daycare there. I dropped off our Izzabella to play at doggy daycare and apparently she was immediately thrown in a cage. Within eight minutes of me dropping her off and driving off, I receive a call from Royal Treatment to come pick up Izzabella because she broke a canine tooth being left unattended in the cage. Had I known she would be immediately thrown in a cage, I would not have brought her to play that day. It ended up costing over $1000 for surgery to remove the rest of the tooth and repair her gums. We called Royal Treatmeant and tried to speak with the owner for information on how something like this could happen. The owner refused to speak with us, would not even apologize, and has never returned any calls or messages that we have left with staff. I have the photos and the receipts. The first 2 photos are before and the last 3 are now. One of the before pictures was taken 2 days ago! Look at that chopped up uneven mess!!!! I have been going here about a year or year and a half. I have always been happy when leaving. I have had different groomers and I can say Chasity was my absolute favorite. However she is gone now so I’ve been shuffled around between the ones they have. I say the same thing to every groomer, DO NOT TOUCH MY DOGS EARS OR TAIL!!! I’ve said it till the cows come home. Imagine my horror when I picked my dog up today only to see her ears chopped up. I am beyond livid!!! What makes it that much worse is because I was being lied to saying nobody touched her ears. I showed them a picture from 2 days ago showing how long her ears were. My neighbor noticed as soon as I got back home. I sent pictures to my daughter and she also said they chopped them up! I love this place, I really do. I have recommended so many people to this place. I want answers as well as an apology. This is unacceptable!!! Editing to say I reading all the bad reviews I see a common thing. The groomer does whatever kind of cut they choose and not what the pet owner tells them. Also the reply is always the same from the business. Still waiting for my refund I was told I would get. I don’t want to pay a dime for the groomers mess.
