  My golden girl loved her bath! She was so happy on the car ride home. Then, straight to the couch for a nap with her freshly trimmed and grinded nails. The nails were short and smooth. At a great price, too!

  Fast, efficient, affordable and communicative! We have a husky who is a bit particular and they did an amazing job and treated her so well, and she looks so good! Definitely a 5-star experience.

  Omg!!! We were desperately looking for a place that would treat our fur babies with the love they get from home and WE FOUND IT!!! I was nervous at first with going to a new groomer. But immediately they welcomed us and made accommodations in an EXTREMELY timely manner. Not only were they affordable but the work was SUPERB! no cage environment. And from the time we entered the door the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! DEFINATELY worth visiting and we will recommend to all of our friends n colleagues. A+++

  Was very rudely talked to by the groomer. Dropped my dog off at 1:30 for a 2pm appointment was told they would text once he was done, before I went home I tried to call just to check on a possible time frame that way I knew if I had time to take my kids home or if I needed to stick around town, they did not answer. I parked out front at 3:58 and the groomer came out and told me that we have a 4hr turnaround and they would text when he was done. that he was still on the table and if I wanted to wait I could wait around the side of the building but I couldn’t wait out front and then she walked back in, never gave me a chance to talk at all. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone for simply parking out front of a business, I completely understand if being parked out front bothers the dogs since the window in the front is where they are groomed but needless to say I was never informed of a 4hr turnaround and did not appreciate being talked to in such a rude manner. I ended up heading home and received a text message at 4:11 saying that my dog was ready for pick up. All of this could have been avoided if I was given the chance to talk when I pulled up. My dog looked wonderful and I’m very pleased with the service but I will not be returning to this business.

  Rudest experience! Called to ask if they had any appointments available. Told her what kind of dog she was and the moment it got to the dogs age, she cut me off and said she doesn’t do older dogs. My dog is 8. Never heard that before. So I asked her why and she said that my dog needs to be groomed at a vets office. And it still didn’t make since so I kept asking why and she hung up on me. I called back and asked why she was so terrible and hung up on me. She just said she was the owner and she wasn’t going to deal with this and hung up on me again. RUDE!!! I was going to be a potential customer and now I’m going to tell everyone how rude she was.
