She gave my cockapoo a flea dip and he was BEAUTIFUL when i got him back i cos not to cut his hair so i know it was more difficult. I'm NEVER going to another groomer!! She only charged me 90$ best groomer EVER

Owner was very nice. But the nails were not trimmed. Since my dog doesn't need to have her fur trimmed the only reason I go to the groomer are nails. On the way out owner said nails were trimmed and couldnt be trimmed any more. I trimmed nails myself at home right after appointment. $62 for bath and blow out.

She is the best groomer in Louisville! Our Teddy looks amazing every time! He loves going to see her and comes out looking like a show dog every single time! Thank you so much for your dedication and kindness!!

I was over the moon excited to see what a wonderful job Hai Max Pet Grooming did! I showed pictures to the groomer and she did better than I envisioned. My shihtzu looked like a show dog with his lion cut and teddy bear face! This is our new groomer for life!
